Business needs: To allow staff from 3 sites remote access their work together and to allow them have different access rights.
OUR SOLUTION: Designed, implemented and cabled the network in the 3 sites linked them all using a secured VPN. Setup a central server with server 2003 terminal server. Designed the backup systems and is involved in the day to day IT support such as configuration, trouble shooting etc.
Result: More effecient way of working staff do not have to worry about IT systems.

Client: AI Analyticals, EC1, London. A small but fast growing Market research firm in Central London.
Business need: To produce a model that accurately predicts the rate at which varieties of goods need to be supplied to the warehouse by different suppliers and to also predict the rate at which each product should be taken to different retailers from the warehouse.
OUR SOLUTION: With SAS V8, developed routines for logistic regression and other models, eliminated less predictive variables within the models and tested each of them using methods such as jackknife, bootstrapping, chi square t-ratios etc to validate the models. These models were incorporated into their CRM system.
Result: Saved client 30% less than how much an IT contactor would have charged
